Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Our commitment

Pupkada helps pet owners discover playmates, connect, and arrange pet playdates. Pupkada has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not upload, share, solicit, or distribute CSAM. Do not groom, sexually exploit, abuse, threaten, or solicit a child for sexual purposes. Do not use Pupkada to facilitate the trafficking or exploitation of children, including through profiles, pet photos, messages, or playdate arrangements.

Report a child safety concern

In the app, open Safety Actions from an existing match or conversation and choose Report, then Safety concern. For a concern that is not tied to a match, use Settings > Send Feedback and describe the concern. Do not forward or upload suspected CSAM in a report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Pupkada is not an emergency-response service.

How we respond

Pupkada reviews submitted safety concerns and assesses appropriate action. Depending on the findings, action may include removing prohibited content or restricting or terminating an account. Submitting a report does not automatically block or unmatch the reported person. Pupkada addresses confirmed CSAM and any legally required reporting in accordance with applicable law.
