A connection is not a guarantee
Pupkada helps owners connect Pets, but cannot guarantee compatibility or physical safety. Use your judgment and discuss your Pets’ needs before agreeing to meet.
Plan a sensible first meeting
Choose an appropriate public, safe environment for a first meeting. Consider each Pet’s temperament and needs, supervise interactions, and leave if you or your Pet feel uncomfortable.
Unmatch, block and report
Open Safety Actions from a match or conversation. Unmatch ends that match. Blocking stops interactions with that owner across their Pets. Reporting shares a genuine safety or abuse concern; it does not automatically block the owner or end a match. You can choose those actions separately.
Urgent situations
Pupkada is not an emergency-response service. If there is immediate danger, seek appropriate local emergency assistance. Do not rely on an in-app report for urgent help.
